School can wait Childhood cannot

I agree with the statement 'school can wait, childhood cannot' as everyone only has one childhood and when it is over, you cannot get it back, and you will regret not having the chance to play as much as you want during your childhood. Forcing a child to learn or do something when she is still very young is not very good as she may not even know what she is doing and it may end up as a waste of time and money. I feel that a child should enjoy her childhood so they will have no regrets and will also tend to work harder in the future.

School can wait, childhood cannot

I believe that all parents want the best for their children. However, I feel that they should consider their child's feelings. Imagine being dragged to extra classes at the age of 4, or forced to learn piano, how will they feel? I agree to a certain extent to what the writer stated "School can wait, childhood cannot". All children deserves to have a happy, relax and stress-free childhood. After all, time passes very quickly. At the age of 4, they should be learning the only basics in school; simple calculations, simple spellings, simple socializing skills with friends. By forcing them to learn something beyond what they can comprehend might just create a backfire to the situation; they might not even want to learn it anymore. However, at that stage in life, it is not studies that matter. It is the principles in life that matters. Thus, school can wait. A carefree childhood is very important. Without a happy childhood, how will a child develop? I feel that a child with a happy childhood will grow to be a healthy adult. Healthy in the sense that they will not have emotional problems that carry them through their growing years. Thus, childhood is considered an important phrase of life. If you missed having a childhood, all we can say is that you are very unfortunate. We cannot go back in time to have a childhood ever again. What's passed is passed. We all want to go back to the past. However, we know that it is impossible.

For those reasons, i agree with the writer that,
School can wait, childhood cannot.
