How can we make Queenstownians better users of the English Language

To improve Queenstownian's English, the standard of English in the country must first be raised. Queenstownians do not only communicate with other Queenstownians. The teachers of the schools must also be good. They must be able to make the lesson interesting and make sure that half the class do not fall asleep 5 minutes into the lesson. When students are interested in the lesson, they would pay more attention and learn more from the teacher, increasing the standard of their English. Teachers must also speak proper English. I have seen some English teachers who uses "Singlish" to speak to their students.
