School Uniform- Pride or Fashion Disaster

In my opinion, I feel that the school uniform is a fashion disaster. Its long, wavy, pleated skirts that makes students look fat and its thin, see through blouse that allows everyone to view. This type of uniform makes students look like a walking showcase for everyone to laugh at. Its combination of a white top and blue bottom is so plain and common that it does not stick out among the rest of the other schools. Like Queenstown's uniform, it can be mistaken for another school that has the similar design. I have heard that some students was so embarrassed to wear their school uniform that they either transferred or did not attend school at all. Some students may be very sensitive about how everyone sees them especially when they are in their school uniform. A good school uniform should be one that makes it comfortable for the students to move in and makes one proud to wear. In conclusion, I feel that a school uniform should be designed by the students themselves so that they feel comfortable and proud wearing it.
